World Psoriasis Day in USA

National Psoriasis Foundation, U.S. is planning following activities for WPD 2008:
1.  Call to action for advocacy volunteers (The Psoriasis Action Network) to send a "letters to the editor", previously drafted by the Foundation, to the local newspapers and media.

2.  Call to action to the Psoriasis Action Network to send an e-mail to their Federal Representatives asking them to support the Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Research, Care and Cure Act (PPARCCA) on behalf of WPD.
3.  Release nationwide media blasts days prior to WPD
4.  Advertise visible WPD messaging on the Foundation website
5.  Send WPD messaging to the 50+ Affiliated Support Groups nationwide.
